And when will the other linguistic part start adding more ‘nious’ ?

We miss you at the institute. And hundred nurses cannot replace you. Hilde and I, now separated in different offices, meet half way on the stairs: ‘Have you seen the pictures of ...?’ ‘Have you read the latest messages of ...?’. And it is, as I already wrote, with nostalgia that we remember the good times we spent together, that special group of people that you are and that made our day every day during almost six months.

We are very busy though. Hilde is spending the days with her nose in books, working on reform, accreditation, new courses and twinning with other schools. And although she must be missing your momentary interruptions, she’s probably happy to have her own quiet place where the lot of nurses do not disturb her. We even haven’t had the time yet to get together so that I could hear her out about her trip to India and Nepal. I have moved to Hilde’s place, behind that little screen in the back of the office, where I am busy with the new admissions, the organisation of SCREM (short course in clinical research and evidence-based medicine, a module 3 in creation) for next year and the new brochure and revised website for the coming academic year.

We have had beautiful weather these last weeks and the nurses had invaded the garden where they even gathered for the courses. It would have been ideal if they could have continued in the sun the emergency week which started today, but unfortunately temperatures went down and grey clouds are pouring rain. More than a hundred of them make a lot of noise, still it seems that they are more studious than last years group and no parties have been organised yet! And the lot is too big to organise get-togethers at home.

Bizzzzz et gros becs, and take good care of yourselves

I know Alba and David are in Spain for the moment, and both are well. But, I haven't any niews from Orsola...

See you soon (?),
